Refund Policy

Original Art Sales

All sales of original paintings are final. Due to the unique and delicate nature of one-of-a-kind artwork, I do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for changes of heart or "buyer's remorse."

Please review all photos, dimensions, and descriptions carefully before completing your purchase. I recommend measuring your space to ensure the piece is the correct fit for your environment.

Damaged Shipments

The only exception to my "No Returns" policy is if the artwork arrives damaged during the shipping process. I take great care in packaging my paintings to ensure they arrive safely, but I understand that accidents can happen in transit.

To qualify for a refund or replacement due to damage:

  1. Report within 48 hours: You must contact me at PaintingsByAnthony@gmail.com within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp recorded by the carrier.

  2. Provide Photographic Evidence: You must include clear photos of:

    • The damage to the artwork itself.

    • The condition of the exterior packaging/box.

    • The shipping label.

  3. Keep Packaging: Please retain all original packaging materials until the claim is resolved.

Once I verify the damage with the shipping carrier, I will issue a full refund to your original payment method or discuss the possibility of a repair or replacement if applicable.

Art Prints

For art prints, please contact me within 14 days of receipt if there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage to qualify for a replacement.
